Shipping Address Accuracy
As the customer, you are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, resulting in the shipment being misdirected, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee to cover the cost of reshipping the order to the correct address. Please double-check your shipping details at the time of purchase to ensure accurate delivery of your order.

Returns
We hope you are delighted with everything you buy from us. However, if for any reason you are not, simply return it to us (at your own cost) within 30 days of purchase in its original condition and with your receipt (order confirmation), and we will gladly find you a replacement or refund your money.

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged, please return it to us (at your own cost) within 30 days of receipt in its original condition. We will be happy to replace it where possible or refund you in full if the item is found to be damaged.

All returns must be authorised and sent back to us with proof of delivery. Any return postage costs will be refunded at our discretion only.
